Some products at Coach Randall Relief may be offered as a subscription with a 20% savings. When you choose a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select during checkout.

Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each scheduled delivery unless the subscription is paused or canceled.

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time using the link included in your order confirmation email. You may also contact us via chat, and Coach Randall Relief or a member of our support team can assist you in pausing or adjusting your next subscription delivery.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Coach Randall Relief may offer pre-order products for items that are currently out of stock or scheduled to launch soon.

If a pre-order is placed, your payment method may be authorized or charged at checkout. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped once the product becomes available.

Pre-orders may be canceled at any time prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it will fall under our standard refund and return policy.
