Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy 

TUUN Device Returns

If a TUUN grounding pendant/device is included in a return, the device must be returned in new condition with the original packaging and all included components.

The TUUN device must not have been worn, used, or removed from its original packaging.

If the TUUN device shows signs of use, is missing packaging, or has missing components, a 25% restocking fee may be applied to the refund.

 

 which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Nutritional Supplements & Wellness Products



Due to the consumable nature of our wellness products, the following return guidelines apply.



Sample Products



All sample packs, trial packs, and individual sample items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on sample-sized nutritional products.





Full Box Products



Returns may be requested for unopened full box products within 7 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:


• The product must be unopened and unused

• The product must be in its original packaging

• The product must include proof of purchase


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Approved returns for full box products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.


Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.





Non-Returnable Products


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sample packs

• Opened or empty nutritional packets

• Products missing packaging or or more then 3 days of components



Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
